Hati oh hati :(

Apesal la hati hari ni..sedih & sayu sgt..pasal Mr Husband outstation ke Kuching ke?..ke pasal keterlanjuran tindakan ptg td..atau pasal PMS?..hati oh hati..jgnla sedih lagi..kan dah dapat cakap ngan MR Husband kat telefon td...kan Mr Husband dah kate " xpe sayang, sayang dah buat pon..x boleh ubah lg..jgn nangis lagi.." Hati oh hati..pasal hati, mata dah bengkak nangis..pasal hati, perut kosong..pasal hati, kesian MR Son tgk ibunya nangis lg..Hati oh hati... Jgn la sedih lagi.... T_T

DaTinG SeSSiOn

seperti yang telah dijanjikan oleh Mr Husband, hari ni kami berdua membawa Mr Son keluar jalan2...Destinasinye?? MIDVALLEY...hahaha..ingatkan nak pg The Curve tup tup masuk kete je Mr Husband ajak g Midvalley pulak..mmg rase nye dah berbulan2 x pg Midvalley...sampai sane trus ke food court..cam biasela.. mkan chicken mushroom sizzling mee..so do Mr Husband..yummy2..sedap!!!Mr Son having mushroom soup with garlic bread..then , Mr Husband bought 2 Diesel jeans and i bought 2 dressses..Mr Son??? he got 2 toys: 1 Mr Crab from Mothercare (RM 69.00) and 1 Dump Truck from toysrus (RM 29.00)...


* the best part is i already 51kg today and i'm wearing my old jeans that i bought 1 month b4 married..hehehe..

Sambung belajar ????

Plan nak sambung belajar tahun ni..actually Umsc dah offer sambung belajar last year tp nak buat mcm mne, that time Mr Son already existed in womb...x pe la..so this year Umsc reoffer lg..mmg nak sgt sambung belajar ..tp disbbkan masalah sesetengah pihak yg x buat kje dgn betul tarik tutup permohonan dah tutup..sedihnye..x kan xde rezeki lg :(...anyway, i just try apply..borang dah isi dan terus hantar ke MOH..semoga ade rezeki tahun ini..Ya Allah, Kau permudahkanlah urusanku..murahkan rezeki aku..Amin...

10kg to lose weight

i already achieved my weight b4 pregnant 53kg..ni bercita2 nak lose more another 10kg..mungkinkah??? really wanna do..so, what i do is, try to plan my meals....

My meals plan:
BREAKFAST: 1) 1 glass of plain water
2) none sugar fruit juice/low fat milk/tea/oat/cereal (strictly no creamer)
3) 2 whole meal cracker/whole meal bread

LUNCH: 1) 2 glass of plain water
2) 1/2 bowl of rice with 1 portion fish/ meat, 1bowl of vege (avoid oily cooking )
3) 1 portion of fruit

DINNER: 1)vegetable soup

* additional i'm having good time jogging with MR SON ;)
